Job Description
AssetIntel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2G and B2B marketing, with a focus on content marketing, inbound and outbound strategies, and targeted outreach. This role requires a creative thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for leveraging digital channels to engage with our target audience.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Identify key target markets and segments within the B2G and B2B sectors and develop tailored marketing initiatives to reach them effectively.
Content Marketing:
- Lead the development of engaging and informative content across various channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, webinars, and social media.
- Work closely with the content team to create high-quality content that educates, informs, and resonates with our target audience.
Inbound and Outbound Marketing:
- Implement inbound marketing strategies to attract qualified leads and prospects through channels such as SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Execute outbound marketing campaigns, including email marketing, targeted outreach, and event promotions, to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
Event Marketing:
- Develop compelling booth designs, presentations, and collateral materials to showcase our products and solutions effectively.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, PPC advertising, and social media campaigns, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Communicate marketing plans, initiatives, and results effectively to the team.
Skills and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in B2G and B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize marketing performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience with different marketing channels such as SEO, SMM, Paid Advertisement, and email marketing
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
